The online application for uploading the needed info didn’t work. We had to submit it over and over again. We also didn’t get a confirmation right away. I had to call to get the loan confirmation. But, the person on the phone was very helpful and did apologize that they were having software issues. He did email the confirmation to send to the university

Horrible experience. there are so many things that we were never told...so many delays and not being able to speak with anyone. Too many bullshit little things that add up. The way you display your rates is so misleading that it should boarder on being illegal...not fair or realistic at all.
