Lots of checking and rechecking but all in all a smooth process. My daughter really needed the money to cover personal expenses.. great options and good rates.

Ultimately the process worked but the online application and documentation process was frustrating. It could definitely be improved. I work online all the time. I work in commercial real estate with dozens of lenders so I am not inexperienced with respect to this type of process but I found this particular process was not always intuitive and some things just didn't work properly. Unfortunately too much time has lapsed for me to provide the specific details but I do recall some frustration.
