It was fine, but the communication was very lacking. Especially the part about when the loan would finally be disbursed.

From start to finish the process was simple, we were kept informed every step of the way. EDvestinU made a stressful situation simple and took a huge burden off my daughter's shoulders!

This is a really great and simple loan. The only downfall is that there is no explanation on how to make payments during school like I have signed up for

Frustrating. I would receive notifications that I was missing information that had already been submitted-oops. Didn't really understand the process on additional loans, how much to take out, if I have to reapply again, and so on. Just felt like I had to fend for myself and navigate on my own.

This was a good experience with our first graduate school loan. The reason I only gave it a 4 is because it took a lot longer than it claimed for my son to get his money. Plus, they pulled our credit report twice. Which meant our credit score decreased even more. Hopefully it won't happen with the next loan.

Everything went perfectly. They worked with the school directly an the whole transaction was seamless and easy.
