ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! After checking other lenders who practiced bait and switch on rates EDvestinU gave direct uncomplicated answers to all of the questions asked. Whenever a question or concern came up a simple call or email was responded to very quickly and HONESTLY. This was so refreshing after talking with other lenders who were not so forthright.

The only reason I won’t give a 5 star rating is because there were times when I wasn’t aware of things that were due and I don’t get a notification of any kind for them. I think the login page needs to be a little more user friendly so everyone can find what they need easily.

This is the 3rd child that we have used for undergraduate loans. The process is to navigate easy and not all that much time consuming. The rates are the most reasonable in the market and we intend on utilizing the service for their remaining undergraduate studies.

I started the process in August and the disbursement did not go through until the end of November making me late paying for tuition and struggling to pay my off campus rent. They were completely not understanding of my situation and did not make any effort to make the process easy and pain free.
