I haven't made my first payment yet but the whole process of getting to this point was absolutely painless. I didn't even have to deal with Navient at all. All I had to do was give EDvestinU my loan info and they took it from there. The best experience I've ever had with a student loan provider by far!

Loan should have disbursed nearly 2 months ago. EdvestinU faxed our loan documentation to our school's financial aid line (i.e., NON-fax number), and didn't bother to follow up on whether it went through. It took multiple calls to get sorted out, with conflicting instructions on each call, and each rep seeming to be impassive and unwilling to listen to me. One simply kept insisting to give me the fax number they sent to before, then telling me to go back to the school to confirm it. It shouldn't be my job to make sure you are sending to the right number.
