We are pleased with the bed and the gentlemen that made the delivery. The reason for low rating is the poor customer service in relation to the delivery. Because of various factors we needed some some guidance and certainty on the delivery date. Customer Service were so unhelpful and uncompromising, basically you'll get the bed when we are ready to deliver. And in the end the bed came in 2 parts, the 2nd delivery date way outside the time period specified in their adverts. Good products let down by poor customer service.

Very straightforward ordering on line, with lots of help info. Delivery and installation guy gave plenty of extra advice and can sell you accessories you forgot.

Putting in an order for this extremely comfortable bed was very easy. Staff kept me informed of progress regularly. Am delighted withis very comfortable bed. It was half the price of other leading manufacturers. Very happy.

All to happy to help but it falls flat on its face when you get a problem......... But although stating in their online shop modifications will take 7 days extra they do not state its 7 working days and that 7 working days turns out to be over a month. The compensation offered for late delivery to you is woefully inadequate and you have to fight for every penny....... nothing is offered. You ask to speak to a manager or director and they are always on holiday or unavailable. Remember they have a hefty deposit they won't let go of even when they are 100% in the wrong. Its a shame because the bed itself is of high quality...........when you finally get it

Ordering was great then the order was wrong mattress let you that was corrected. Then it came to delivery one day notice is not enough when you work full time, but the lady I spoke to upset me as I was basically told we can't just put a van on for you!! Thus was after I have her several dates you could delivery. Finally spoke to someone not so rude. Arrangements made on the thought I would call and get rough idea for deli early as we had delayed our holiday only to be told we were NOT on the van that day either very unhappy at this point you agreed to a day and again didn't deliver you then after several phone calls us chasing said you would deliver next day not happy at all to be honest the customer service is very poor for the price of your goods I would expect better.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Bed very comfortable and been super help to husband who has Parkinson's disease and who couldn't get out of our old bed unaided, but can do so now with this adjustable bed.

Well delivery service and the lady where are you order a mattress was brilliant , but when the office lady rang me she put the phone down before I finished saying what I wanted to say and think that very rude , so I think you will lose trade if that to all yours customers Thank you very much Eileen May may237@ btinternet.com.

Lovely chap who came out to put the bed together. Really the whole experience from buying to fitting was excellent. Highly recommend the company.

Very pleased with every thing. Only giving 4 stars because my husband finds the mattress a bit short, when he uses the lift his feet stick out. A 200cm mattress would have been better for a 6ft man. Also the delivery men did not warn us of the ‘locked ‘ casters which we do not like. If we had known we would have liked to have been given a choice of casters.

Good website and catalogue. Apparently excellent telephone support pre-purchase and on our delivery issue. But.... Bed was delivered without its mattress, an issue mentioned rather casually by the installer in the middle of installation. Was delivered next day. And we had asked very specific questions, and been given specific detailed responses, about the controller. The one delivered was different - but was fine.
