Not a lot of customer service. No updates as to delivery times. It seems that once my order was placed then I was ignored

Excellent product. Delivery on time. Fitted with minimum fuss by friendly and knowledgeable staff.
All in all a fantastic experience.

Good website and catalogue. Apparently excellent telephone support pre-purchase and on our delivery issue. But.... Bed was delivered without its mattress, an issue mentioned rather casually by the installer in the middle of installation. Was delivered next day. And we had asked very specific questions, and been given specific detailed responses, about the controller. The one delivered was different - but was fine.

Our sales advisor Sarah was very helpful throughout our bed purchase and when a problem at delivery point manifested itself it was sorted with speed and to our satisfaction. The bed it wonderful .

My experience with ordering and delivery was good no problems but after very disappointed. My dad has deteriorated and has to live with me,we have only had the bed a few weeks at this time . I was told the company has to move the bed,if we do it ourselves we will void warranty. So I phoned and explained dad deteriated and needs to live with me,to move dad 6 mile it would cost over £300..that's just his bed..we would have to pay removals to move rest of his this things..so we have arranged to move all his things including his bed with removals for £150..and lost warranty on bed.

We are delighted with the bed, and the man who delivered it was very efficient, and also very helpful when removing the old bed. Thank-you all for your service

We bought our bed by using the telephone , .It was simplicity itself. The lady was friendly and polite . she kept us fully informed of the progress and the fitters were excellent too. No mess, a quick and clear demonstration and away in no time at all , Thank you.

Hi. Ordered a high/low bed for my disabled son. The bed I ordered looks like an ordinary bed and was made to measure. It is very sturdy and well made and does the job. It wasn't cheap but the quality was worth it.

No I refuse and you still have my name wrong and I have not had the product yet. My order was at first not correct and if Rebekah had not sorted things out it might still be incorrect. !
