Disappointing
As a regular Laybrook customer, who has recently secured another sale for Laybrook having recommended the company to my parents to replace their beds, we were very disappointed at the poor customer communication experienced.
Specific instructions given at point of sale by my parents was not followed causing anxiety & confusion. Also, our own replacement of mattresses displayed the same poor customer communication which caused both my husband & I unnecessary stress & frustration.
So, although I have recommended Laybrook on a number of occasions I now feel less inclined to do so. I hope you take on board my comments & improve your customer communication.
We will be looking for that improvement going forward, before making any more recommendations.
