I would have never thought that a chocolate birthday cake would have survived a UPS delivery without the least bit of smear, but you guys did a great job! My son is away at school and we wanted to surprise him with a cake on his 21st birthday. 800-Bakery.com to the rescue! The inscribed chocolate cake arrived on his campus doorstep right on time in perfect condition and, from what I heard, tasted delicious. We are certainly going to be repeat customers and suggest you do the same if you need to send a long distance cake!

What do you buy your father for his birthday when he lives 500 miles away and has everything? Well shopping the internet I found a bakery that ships cakes. He absolutely loves German Chocolate Cake. So I got on line and ordered him a cake but from experience I did not tell him cause he would be looking for a package all day and it never comes the day promised... something always happens, I found this bakery that said it would make a german chocolate cake and deliver it on the 17th. AND THEY DID. The cake came delivered in perfect condition and was DELICIOUS. What a surprise for his 86th birthday. Thank you for being so prompt and honest. It was a great surprise and a big hit with his all his friends at dinner that night .

I live in another state from my mom and wanted to send her something special to eat and share with her co workers cause she was sad she had to work on her birthday. I found this website online last minute... The day before her birthday and decided to take a chance. I honestly didn't know what to expect or if it would work out well but my mom got it, it arrived at her work the next day, had my note with it, and she said it was Soo beautiful and tasted awesome. She said I came from a bakery in MA and was absolutely delish. Thanks sooo much for making my moms bday special!! I am going to remember this website forever I love it.

This birthday cake was scheduled to arrive on October 17th (the recipient's birthday). Imagine my embarrassment and anger when it arrived on October 10th. NEVER AGAIN!!!

What an amazing delivery time! The cake arrived just as ordered and scheduled. Absolutely thrilled about the delivery time. The gluten free cake was a little dry when received. Typically, the cakes are a little more moist.

Your product is good no issues but you have to do something about those shipping rates. Big issue for me

My adult son reports that the petite fours for his birthday were all delicious, and tasted fresher than some from others in the past. The decoration was beautiful as well. They arrived on the date stated. One suggestion: find a way to pack them to stay cool. He lives in Vegas, and though they were in the shade, they were very warm...

The cake I ordered was a Birthday Cake that I had delivered out of town. Therefore, I was not there to taste the cake but I did receive a picture of the cake and was told it was very good. For my part, I was very satisfied because it was delivered as promised and the picture of the cake that I received looked exactly as advertised on the website. I also appreciated a phone call from the baker/shipper about the address where the cake was sent. The phone call was to confirm the destination address and it made me feel like the baker/shipper really cared about the sale. I would use this baking company again and would recommend them to others as well.

This was our first experience sending a birthday cake to our new college-student son. Although we had attended orientation, we weren't sure that everything would work out and still be at least something of a surprise. 1-800-Bakery.com sure made it easy to send delicious wishes all the way across the country. So many great choices, a clear calendar as to delivery date, emails confirming every step. We will certainly recommend 1-800-Bakery.com to any parent who wants to send goodies to their college students!

My husband is working in the South, several states away from our home. He recently celebrated his 50th birthday in style at his office, thanks to 1-800-bakery.com. I wanted his big day to be special, and thanks to your company, it was! There wasn't a local bakery willing to deliver a cake to my husband, so I ordered it all online and hoped for the best. His surprise birthday cake was delivered to his office in perfect condition and ON TIME. It was shared with all who were there, and everyone raved about this delicious and beautiful "Yankee" birthday cake, delivered all the way from Massachusetts! Thank you for a wonderful 50th birthday cake surprise!

A tasty Birthday Brownie that arrived at the dorm on-time and intact, which is better than last year's cake in a box that I packed and sent myself. Nice Job... I'll be back!

This is a great company and to be able to order a cake, cookies or etc, is great. I can send my grandchildren a cake at any time.

I ordered a cake that never came, called, left messages, emailed the website, no response, I've never been so disgusted by the lack of care of a business. My boyfriend's birthday was ruined thanks to them. Never recommending them to anyone.
