I saw a cake perfect for a 5 year old girl birthday party. I planned everything accordingly and made sure I put the date I needed it. It came on time and ready for the party. I opened it up to see if everything was alright. I saw a difference in the picture, so I looked at the website and saw a slight difference. I mean its not a big deal but it just looked weird and hope nobody would notice a weird blotch. But all the kids just dived right in and everyone enjoyed it, even the parents.

I ordered two stollen from 1-800-Bakery, they arrived as promised, were well wrapped and delivered and the taste/quality of the stollen was excellent. I gave one as a gift and kept one and definitely will order from this provider again.

I have no objections to my experience with 1-800 Bakery. The Stollen Cakes were not for me but for an elderly friend of mine who was thrilled to receive them. She said they are delicious. The only issue was with UPS. They seemed to think the building didn't exist and so it took multiple efforts to finally get them deliver. However, The Bakery was very helpful is getting this all sorted out.

Ordering was fast and easy, photos looked just like the product. My only complaint is shipping charges. I orderd two of the same item, but still had to pay shipping on both. I would order more often, but the shipping is very expensive.

The portions are very ample. I was very pleased with the delivery during such a busy time of year.

Hi! I ordered a birthday cake for a relative few days before, but on delivery i was very disappointed to see that the cake is not as like it is displayed on your website, a major difference was observed. I want your response on that.

I ordered a cake to be delivered to my dad. He was surprised and my mom and him really liked the cake a lot. They said it was delicious! I wished I was there to taste it as well!

I sent a Happy Birthday Brownie cake to my son in another state. It arrived as if a big box had been dropped on it. Pretty disappointing. I called and was happily surprised that I could choose to have my money refunded or another item sent. I chose a cookie cake and it was sent via overnight mail. It arrived in one piece and my faith in 1-800-Bakery.com was restored. Thank you for a very satisfying experience.

I don't think you want to share my evaluation with the world. Reason: I had asked for my order to be delivered on Dec 18th, later that day after I received the message that the order was received and will be processed I had realize what I had done. Why delivery Dec 18 when we were just past the month of November, I don't know. I immediately I called the number shown on their Web Site only to speak to the "Voice Mail". Well I thought they were busy and tried later, voice mail again. Twice the call and twice the message to them that they can ship early. That same ordeal I repeated over and over still nothing not even a return call. I then tried to contact the Web Site, entered all information requested, when I tried to enter my e-mail address - it did not take. It stayed blank. Tried to send it without the e-mail address (mine) did not take. Therefore I have never been able to speak to anyone at that facility. So I guess I wait until Dec 18th. To me, they need to improve on customer service a 100%, that is of course IF they have such a thing. I sure hope that the product is a lot better than their service, I can tell you now that is the first and last time I will order from them. I have to admit, their Web Site is just wonderful for that the reason I've ordered.

The Petit Fours arrived quickly and were beautiful, fresh and delicious. We were very pleased with both the quality of the service and the product. Definitely a winner!

The Chocolate Celebration Cake was for a birthday. It came right on tiime, was well packaged and tasted great. If you are a chocolate fan it is the best ever!
