I ordered a cake a few days before the superbowl with a team's insignia. I also paid for expedited shipping so I could have the cake in time for our superbowl party. However, the cake arrived with no insignia. It was a total waste of time and money and created a disappointing superbowl party experience.

OMG! I ordered this cake for my birthday and I couldn't be happier. This cake is moist, dense and uber-chocolatey! I will definitely order again.

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter who lives in another state. The cake never arrived when promised. I contacted Bakery.com and they told me the cake would be delayed a few more days due to a snow storm. They promised me a refund, it's been over a week and I haven't received a refund. Will not use them again.

I ordered New England Patriots cookies to have shipped to my daughter's school in NY. I received a call asking if the delivery address was a school because UPS wouldn't deliver to a college on a Saturday. Instead, the woman changed the shipping so that the cookies would arrive on Friday. The cookies arrived on Friday and were the hit of the party (the few that were left, that is!). Great cookies and great customer service!

I wanted to do something special for my little brother who was turning 22 and I thought a cake would be perfect. The only thing is he lives all the way in Mesa, AZ and I live in Upper Darby, PA. But 1-800-Bakery.com made it possible. Not only was ordering the cake simple I was able to do overnight delivery. My little brother was so surprised. It really made his day and he said the cake was delicious.

I ordered a cake for my sons birthday and it was shipped to his army base. They did miss the delivery date by one day (due to the nasty storms on the east coast) but after one phone call, they had a new cake being delivered to him at no charge AND they refunded my shipping costs. They were very nice on the phone. Due to weather I never expected this kind of service so I was very impressed. Would definitely order from them again!!

I ordered some gluten free lemon drop cookies for my daughter's birthday party on 01-30-15. I timed it for 2 day delivery and I paid for that delivery time frame. After I ordered, I received an email that the bakery was in the middle of the blizzard, and they would not be going into work for several days, and that the earliest my order could be delivered was on 02-02-15. I responded that the new delivery would not work because of the date of the party, and that I wanted a refund. A refund was promptly processed and I purchased elsewhere.

Never order from this website! You're better off buying a cake from any grocery store and having it delivered yourself. I will never rose from them again.

I've gotten their sugar free cheesecake twice now. It's very good but there is one issue I have. The cakes are huge, and I live alone. If they had an option to get one that was half the size, it would be a good option. But if you are looking for something that tastes great, they are the best!
