I had never used service before so didn't know what to expect. I was sending a birthday cake to my sister-in-law so was really worried about how it would all turn out. She loved the cake!!!! Said it was moist and delicious! It arrived on her birthday and was beautiful! Thank you and I will definitely use your services again and recommend it to family and friends!

I ordered a cake (for both the cake and shipping it was $85.00), and they sent the wrong cake. I had to contact the BBB and complain. Finally, they said they would send me the correct cake, even though it was a day away from the birthday party. The woman was rude over email, putting in exclamation points at ME, the WRONGED party. The cakes were lacking any actual taste - I would say, NEVER, EVER order from this place. I know I won't as well as every person at my party. They didn't even offer a refund for the amount of time I had to go through this process to get the right cake. Who knew it would be so difficult?

My daughter lives in Texas and I'm in KY. Last week was her first birthday so far from home. So, wanting to send celebrations to her, I looked on 1-800 -BAKERY and found her a beautiful cake that would arrive on time. It did, was in perfect shape, tasted wonderful and according to my daughter was the best birthday caked she'd ever had. I was also the best mom in the world! Thank you 1-800-BAKERY!!

I received my order from my parents in a perfect condition. The cake was very well packed, and was similar to any cake I would have picked up from a bakery on my own.

The service was excellent and the cake fun and tasty. My family was thrilled. The customer service went out of their way to make my shopping experience a good one. Well worth the money. I will buy from them again!

On time delivery with good communication. Product fresh and in great shape. Hated ordered from 1-800-bakery in past and will continue to in future. Only request please include instructions on how to remove cake from shipping package. My sister had some difficulty in doing that. Thanks again!!!!

Grew up eating this sort of little cakes. Sent twice to my folks who have been thrilled with the surprise. They said the product was pretty, tasted fresh and, most important for them, tasted like these cakes did in the past. Delivery occurred without problem. It is expensive, however the pleasure it gives my folks in their 90's is worth it.

I sent my dad the cinnamon and walnut coffee cake for Valentines. Dad is 96 and loved it. It was moist and packaged very well. He still has some left and is enjoying it. I told him I would give him another one for his birthday and he said that would be good. Thank you for a wonderful product and for making me and my dad happy! I look forward to placing future orders.

I recently ordered 2 items as birthday gifts - one was a coffee cake and the other was a brownie cake. Both parties thought they were delicious and thoroughly enjoyed their gifts! I would not hesitate to order again.

I sent a gift of a cake to my girlfriend for her birthday. She has a gluten free diet and just LOVED the cake. She said it was delicious! The best she has had!

We always wanted to try the King Cake and this was our year. The ordering process was quick and easy, and we got the cake in no time at all. It was a great hit with the family and we loved the Party Favors that were included. The cake was fresh and tasty, and it will not be the last time we will order from this company. Job well done.

I wanted to share one thing that cake was good and yummy but one thing i didn't like is that the ups service was not so good as they just kept that cake there without ringing the bell as one person was inside ...i hope next time u keep that in mind

I got my cake(haven't tried it yet), but I didn't get an email acknowledging my order (no it wasn't in SPAM), I didn't get an email with tacking info so I had to make a pest of myself by calling twice. The lady was very nice though. It would be very helpful if we could check the status of our orders by order number. Then if we didn't get an email, we could keep up with them that way instead of having to call.

Cake was still moist and fresh on arrival, absolutely delicious. Packing was perfect - Big ole ice packs to keep the cake safe and cool.
