Had great trepidation sending a cake blindly to a family where my college son would be having Thanksgiving dinner. However, the Red Velvet cake met with rave reviews. I have my password in a safe place so I can send another delectable sometime in the future .... Thank you!

We ordered the sugar free-flourless chocholate cake for Thanksgiving. It does not get any better than this. Great taste, not too sweet and easy on the calories, what else could one ask for. Certainly worth the cost.

We ordered Stollen and it arrived quickly, well-packed, and fresh. We were unable to locate this item locally and we were pleased that we could purchase it on-line so effortlessly. We are enjoying it now and we would not hesitate to buy from this bakery in the future. Thank you!

My son relocated to FL and was going to be spending his first birthday alone on the night he arrived. I ordered the brownie from 1-800-bakery and at 6:00 PMish they arrived to his surprise. I didn't get to taste them but that really wasn't the point. It was important that they made it on the date I needed them and they did!

Very disappointing experience! Ordered a cake for my gf and the cake arrived the day after her birthday and all melted. Emailed many times to request for a refund and not even a single reply. No customer service whatsoever! Avoid buying here!

Ordered for our daughter who has multiple allergies; came fresh, beautifully decorated and she said it was the best gluten free cake she ever had

One of the worse coffee cakes I have ever had, was very dry and bland. I would not recommend.

I was charged for over night shipping and the cake was delivered four days later than the chosen delivery date. Absolute waste of my money. No response from the support center either. I'd never use this again nor suggest it to anyone.

I was in a pinch, my son's birthday was coming up in a couple of days and I couldn't make it. I googled balloons, baskets, cake delivery and then I came across this site and after checking it out I decided to send him a cake. I was talking to him when it was delivered and as he opened it I sang him Happy Birthday. He was surprised and he loved it, he said it was delicious.

I have used 1-800-bakery many times for birthdays, holidays and other special occasions. Chef Steve never disappoints. Delivery is always on time and all the items have been delicious.
