Very well organised and there were lots of water station, marshal. Goody bag was poor but you got a great t short and medal. Loved the atmosphere and plenty of photo opportunities.

It was a really well organised event and supported well. My only criticism is that for the 10K race the water station was in the wrong place and should be in or around half way point and not at the 8K point which on a hot day was not acceptable really.

Fab day well organised and great medal and t shirt. Well worth the money. Great start time for half marathon as it was not too early or too late.
Even better if: it was a hot day and could have done with a water station at 10miles or at Give packs of water to the marshalls in between water stations. My friend who did the 10km said there was only one water station at 8km

I ran the 10k. There was terrible confusion near the end of the race for the leading runners when the 10k was mingled with the other two races. The runner who was leading the race by a country mile was led the wrong way and ended up as DNF. I missed a turning and had to be called back by a marshall and the runner in front of me also took a wrong turn at a different corner. No sign posting was visible and the marshalling was disorganised and there was no control. Also the there was something wrong with the time keeping. I had 35 seconds difference between my chip time and gun time despite starting at the very front. And my Garmin time was different from both of those. On a positive note, I enjoyed the course and the crowds were excellent. The facilities at the start finish were very good.

A really tough but enjoyable event. Well organised bag drop. Like the finishers t shirt. Goodie bag was pointless though. One naff bar and a load of flyers.
An extra drink station needed at St Mary's Stadium in my opinion. Bottles at drinks station much better than cups.

It was a great event for me doing the marathon great support all the way around ,drink stations at the right place my only reason for giving it 4 star and not 5 is when the 10k race started I was at the halfway point and I found myself getting lost in a crowd at one point I was to go left and I went right with the 10k runners until someone shouted to me to go the other way my paced drop off a lot when running with 10k runners as so many of them were running at a quicker pace and I coundn't keep focus on my own . Over all it still was a great day and am sure to do it again.

I loved the whole experience especially being my first at 38 years old. The setup was so well run and organised and i was on a high after completing the half marathon. I will be taking g part next year but still deliberating as to go for the full marathon. Well done and keep it running.
