Easy to purchase on their website. Product description was clear.
Communication of purchase and delivery was clear and came into my inbox at the right time .
Delivery was faster than I had expected. It was a next day delivery.

smooth purchase, the item arrived on time and I was able to track it. I am pleased with the item.

Good company with a decent product. They responded quickly with info about it when I asked so I bought it. Seems to be a good prduct.

Fantastic product customer support is poor. I bought a luxury kingsize bed however measurement on the add did not match when fully inflated, and there is no warning of this on the website. When purchasing this it was a gift for a family member however used in the designated area it did not fit, so i completed a submission form through contact on your website regarding this and explained i would like to swap this for premium kingsize bed, however i had a reply and i was explained the process. Im confident with my opinion this is frustrating i was explained i can send the item back however i have to pay for delivery once you recieve the item i will be refunded the full amout and then i would re order which is shocking and im confident if your product info i,e can not be accurate customers may fall in the same issue as my self where they need to swap the item you will lose them to your competitors if i do not get support regarding this issue i will return the product pay for delivery for it to be sent back and buy a competitor inflatible bed from my local Argos and if may need to return for any reason i can do this easily. Its shame as quality is good and response from the submission was quick.
