In terms of browsing the website and ordering the scale, this experience was spot on. However, when we received our parcel, the postage stamp was applied on the product's packaging ? it wasn't double packaged. Our item wasn't damaged, but it's important to use additional layers of packaging to ensure a secure delivery experience.
