I didn't get the item in weeks so I contacted the staff and they were very nice about it. In a few days, the product came and I am very happy with the item! The instruction manual is also very clear to read.

The scales are very attractive, consistently give the same weight, time after time.

The goods are advertised currently at free next day delivery. After 7 days I still have not received and have been asked to wait until 11 days (14th May) but I doubt I will receive.
I know times are hard but DPD are regularly in my street so cannot understand why next day is advertised but not fulfilled - it should be updated on the website.
I will be expecting a refund on 15th May if goods are not received. I think that is fair.

I really enjoy my scales, they work well and are easy to set up with clear instructions. A very good product. Unfortunately it took a little while for my parcel to get to me, most of the time I had a quick response from the team.

Very quick. Great scales, with BMI, Fat and water readings. As need to lose weight this is an easy way to track all going in the right direction. Scales are slim so not obtrusive. Only downside is it came in it's own box so anyone can see what was being purchased.

The scale is excellent! I've had problems with digital scales in the past but this one is sturdy and the readings are precise. Shipping was very quick too and they included free shipping and year warranty which was amazing.

After less than 2 months and being used a few times i have found the bed loses pressure after a night of use. The user is no more than 10 stone and the temperature stays the same throughout the night so wouldnt affect the air pressure.
