I will never purchase from this company again. I have yet to receive my package which was promised under a next day delivery. It has been a week. The delivery service was poor. I am disappointed which is an understatement. I want my money back.

Fast delivery. Excellent product. Easy to inflate and deflate. Extremely comfortable. No hesitation in recommending purchasing this item from this company.

Delivered as stated. Ordered this board as a mate and his sister have had them for over a year with no issues. First time on the sea today but did inflate and check when first arrived. No complaints at all, my son had hours on it👍

The digital scale is exactly as described on the website and it was so easy to set up. Add the app and get started. Delivery next working day with no issues.

I ordered two blow up beds for our two grand kids coming with their parents from Sydney Oz. I ordered one day and true to their word the beds arrived the next day.
Once out of their secure packaging , I just plugged them into the mains, turned a
good sized hand switch and they rapidly inflated.Their textured top surface made them feel like a bed. When required the switch is turned the other way and they rapidly deflate.
I feel they will give the kids some good nights sleep.

The inflatable bed came very quickly it was well packed in a strong box. It looks well made and inflates quickly anh holds the air all night. Have not slept on it yet but it seems quite comfy.

Recently bought a Luxury Air Bed King and received it last Thursday 21/07/2022 - order AE-UK-50451
The package looks weared down and teared, with tape all over it, it looks like a reconditioned product.
Only way to reach out to the Customer Care team is through one address email, which I did promptly that day - I have followed up this email several times now, and am yet waiting for a response.
UPDATE: received a reply on Wednesday 27, so almost a week after my initial message.

Delivery was very quick and the king-size airbed is super comfy, we used the airbed in the living room during the hot weather as it was too hot upstairs, I also have a bad back, I find the airbed more comfortable than any mattress i,ve tried, I am really pleased with my purchase and can't wait to use it for camping
