Customer service is slow!
I used Apple pay when I placed an order and for some reason, the order went through twice so I emailed them to cancel one of the orders but because they are super slow to respond both orders were shipped and then I received a response back.
I received both orders but returned one of them and have been chasing them for a refund!
My advice to this the owner of this business would be to focus on improving the communication with the customer and also build a better returns process!

I purchased a blow up mattress for the purposes of using it on a particular date. I was informed that there was guaranteed next day delivery. I purchased it on the Wednesday and on the Friday I was told it wouldn’t be delivered until the Monday.
I had to cancel the order and reject delivery.

I ordered a tent with guaranteed next day delivery, mentioned in my comment that I could not use the tent if it arrived any later, and yet received the tent at 7pm a day late. I also sent an email asking about status the day I needed the tent, but got an auto reply to "not send any more emails" and that they have turned off the phone lines as they are too busy. Not what I'd hoped for at all.
The tent itself seems fine, though I now don't know when I'll get to use it.

We purchased this single airbed to give an American guest a bed to sleep on in one of our spare rooms. This bed has now been used for 3 weeks by a 27 year old. She found the bed very comfy and enjoyed sleeping in it.
The bed was easy to order, arrived promptly, looked good quality. The inclusion pump is powered by a plug stored in the bed. The lead was long enough to plug in and the bed inflated and de-inflated quickly and easily.
Our only negative comment is that the dye in the bed came out and stained the mattress topper that we used. This was bad enough to come through the topper and also stain the bedsheet. We have today washed both. They dye has come out of the topper completely but the sheet still looked a bit stained. However it was an older sheet.
The manufacturer could do with reviewing the type of Navy dye used in the top of the bed. It is a great looking colour, but it needs be more colourfast.

My first thought was where is "Comfort Plus" description on the packaging, that's what I paid for, ANYWAY after a few days of use and having invested twice more than previously, it looks more promising for daily use, the durable quality comes with a weight of about 6kg.

Bought a luxury king size matress. Next day delivery took 4 days. The packaging is celotaped together. Awaiting on customer service still to confirm if this is a repackaged/returned or refurbished product rather than brand new given the celotape.

Item was delivered far sooner than was expected . the inflatable bed is really supportive does not sag in centre as others do and stays inflated throughout the restful nights sleep, I am very pleased with our purchase. Although dearer than inferior products comes with quality accessories , pillows , pillow slips and a cool/warm three layer blanket.
