I bought an airbed from Active Era some time ago. It is as good as new after regular use, which confirms that it is a quality product. I decided to order a second airbed, which is where I was let down. On my order it specifically said that it would be next day delivery, but after 2 weeks, I still didn't have my new airbed. Apparently, there were courier problems. I don't think that this was communicated to me very well. Eventually, I was offered a refund, which I accepted and in fairness, the refund was made immediately. If it wasn't for the delivery issue, I would have awarded 5 Stars. I will continue to use Active Era moving forward as the delivery issue seemed out of their control, but more timely communication needs to be a priority.

Delivered next day, well packed. Just inflated it today for a test run! Seems ok but no one slept on it yet.

The bed has no storage bag. There should be a storage bag for after use.

The service was good however on the web sight it intimated we had next day delivery when in fact it took three days. There was nothing on the sight to tell us how long for delivery.

Very quick delivery and well packaged, tried out for two nights and slept like a log, only downside all leaflets for feedback and lifetime guarantee where obsolete,no point adding them if they are no longer in use.but very happy with the bed.
