It’s been bad as I’m still waiting for my refund after the order was returned and received over 2 weeks ago.

The customer service was excellent from Active Era. The air bed I ordered arrived without the rechargeable pump. I emailed the customer service team and after a few photos were sent to confirm the batch number of my mattress the pump was dispatched. This arrived 2 days later.

The air bed is incredibly comfortable and stayed inflated for the whole two days that it was in use. Looking forward to using it again this weekend! The pillows are SUPER luxurious, which was a pleasant surprise as I was expecting camping pillows, not full size ones (I have started using them instead of the pillows on my bed!) The blanket is also perfect. Well worth the money spent. Thank you :)

Great speedy delivery however I am hugely disappointed with a mattress which I have to re-inflate halfway through the night each night. At this price it should not ge happening. When fully inflated its very comfortable

Appears to be a lovely well made product. Tested but not actually used yet. Watch this space certainly expecting it to be first class

Quick service - tent seems fine as it popped up in 10 seconds (in the dining room) but haven't taken it to the beach yet. Could do with more ties/bungees to help wrapping it back up
