This is the third air bed we have purchased from AE, to keep in different family households - very reliable product, extremely comfortable and convenient, and fast delivery. We had one question about re-packing the bed to the service team who replied swiftly. Would highly recommend, great value for money.

Purchased a single Active Era bed for camping for myself . Husband said he was happy with his old air bed until he tried my new Active Era bed…I ended up ordering one for him. We pushed them together and I popped a super kingsize fitted sheet on top….they stayed together perfectly and he didn’t disturb me when he got up in the night! Easily inflated and deflated and exceedingly comfortable nights sleep.

Arrived in good time. Easily managed the inflation, tested thoroughly and passed!, packed up by me nearly as well as by the manufacturer! It’s just what we wanted.

From start to finish, from the ordering process to payment to receipt of the goods, the whole thing was so easy. Communication about the delivery was great too. Great product and at least I now don’t end up on the floor in the morning! And, much cheaper than Amazon too!

Next day delivery is misleading; the purchase arrived 72 hours after the order was placed!

Purchased a premium air bed king size only for indoor home use towards beginning of May 2022. As of 18 June 2022 a puncture has come about. Not sure how this happened. It seems impossible for this to happen as we are using it for home indoor use only. Seems like a result of poor quality product. After paying a huge price for this to happen in 1 month is terrible. Obviously with all customer service nothing will ever be done. Terrible product with false product truths
