The product which is an air bed appears to be of very good quality and has worked fine. Only one negative is that it was meant to be next day delivery if ordered before a certain time which I did but it came the day after and I wasn't asked if this was OK.

Delivery failed to materialise after a week. Black mark for the Courier.
Customer Service, once informed, were very good even organising a new delivery over the Jubilee weekend
