Super fast service. The air bed is so comfortable and quick to blow up with portable pump up when we went to our festival at the weekend. Quick to deflate and folded up small so that it fitted into the tent bag. Made our festival, as sleeping on it was like being in your own bed. Glad I made the choice to buy the Active Era. Thanks.

Excellent service. Product as described and promptly delivered. So far no complaints . Returns and damage information clearly provided. Only confusing element was product registration, which it appears one does not need to do when visiting the website.

It came when expected. Very efficient.
Not looked at tent just yet but I'm sure from the little I've seen it will be ok. Instructions are very clear, there's also a video on you tube.

First item arrived damaged but customer service was excellent. Response was fast and the faulty item was replaced the next day. Mistakes happen and that's about as good as you can ask for.
