We arrived at our camp site with our brand new air bed and it had a huge rip in it. I tried to call them but Active Era have no phone number so no one was able to resolve this matter for us urgently.

Placed order and was delivered next day delivery all trackable from email links. Recieved a video link of how to open and close the tent we had purchased. When it arrived we unpacked tent and foldable chairs to check all the parts were ok 🥳👍
Very pleased with our purchase choices and looking forward to creating memories this summer!
Happy to leave a 5⭐ rating for well thought out service and quality products.

Quick easy and the price was good. So far the bed has been great. Lost a bit of air over the first week of use (used it everyday for 5days) but nothing the documents don’t say and I’ve slept really well even in the recent UK heat. Glad I went for the luxury king size version.

I was expecting great things.
Sadly I didn’t check the bed before taking it out of the packaging and loading into my 🚗 for ⛺️
When I came to inflate it I was in for a nasty shock. Instead of a UK three pin plug as in the photos and video it had a two pronged one.
