Great product but could do with a fabric carry bag to keep it in as the box is not sufficiently strong and has already split.

Good quick service and a good quality product.

The inflatable bed is excellent. I love that it’s white, as my room has white furniture. It would be improved if it was non-slip on the floor. I am pleased with the generous size for a single bed. And I received it within 24 hours of placing the order. I am a happy customer.

The double bed we purchased was excellent and good value for money.

First night in our new home. Removers delivering tomorrow.. Unpacked the new airbed. Plugged it in. Nothing. Thanks a million guys. First night sleeping on the floor. Certainly a memorable purchase but for all the wrong reasons. Sad there’s not a no star option.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for responding quickly, and replacing my airbed, that developed a puncture, I couldn't believe how fast it was, from my email to you about the damage, to receiving the replacement airbed,

Very poor quality. You send a refurbished soft and it bow off in one mount. I'm very disappointed.

Amazing customer support

The bed material itself is of great quality; and very comfortable, however I would advise those who only intend to use this on the odd occasion to inflate/deflate the bed a good few times to ensure the inbuilt pump is working well, within your warranty period. In the first bed I received the pump failed on the 5th or 6th use however following my initial review ActiveEra responded brilliantly and have kindly resolved the issue. Thanks to ActiveEra and Emma for following up with me.

Please don't hesitate to get in touch through our website, marking your message for my attention. I'll be more than willing to investigate this matter further for you.

After being used a few times, the middle of the mattress just poped out. Need to buy a new one in the near future. Don't recommend

I am very pleased with my purchase so far. Although the bumpy area that is aimed to be used as pillow is a bit uncomfortable, we found a solution to put our feet on that side. It has been 10 days we have been using the bed, and no problem so far.

Have only bought airbeds so far but am delighted with them. You get what you pay for in this world. If the rest of their product range is as good they’ll be my first choice. The one problem I did have with one bed after a while, they replaced without quibble. Great products. Great customer service. Nice people.
