I like the units Ambient sales but the dashboard was very small ! So I got the Weather Window an extra purchase . I am familiar with other brands it is smaller than the other 3 brands. I should have did better research ! It’s not Ambient fault it was mine . You all have excellent support I am thankful for that I like your products too .

Unfortunately my first station took a spill in the saltwater thanks to Hellene. I missed having it so ordered just the outside unit. Assembled it, popped in the batteries, and back in business. Works great.

Package foto listo and providencié a New shipment without adjunto or delay….

It arrived quickly, was easy to install and worked perfectly. I would recommend and buy again if needed.

I do have the new weather station installed, with a couple of extra sensors. Very easy to unbox, setup, and install. I will likely get a second unit for another property.

Works fine, but there is no suggestion of this solution in the trouble-shooting section of the manual. The only advice is replace the display unit for$200 whereas this adapter was <$25.00.

Quick delivery. Easy install.

...and was lost. I hope this one stays in better.

Terrific service - thanks!

Very easy to set up and use. Came quickly and within a day it was running. Would recommend to anyone that wants an easy to use and set up weather station.

Had the weather station set up for about 3 weeks now, was super easy to set up and get connected to the internet interfaces. Seems like accurate data that it’s collecting, happy with how it’s preformed so far!

Looking forward to getting weather data for a long time!
Would recommend this to anyone looking for an entry level fairly inexpensive comprehensive weather station. Looked at a couple other models but this had everything I wanted for the best price and it seems fairly good quality.

Perfect fit when I broke my Weather vane thanks, Ambient Weather

My weather station stopped working after being dropped by my kids and it kept turning on and immediately turning off. I thought it was ruined but after reading the FAQs about the symptoms I decided to try a new AC adapter. I was very surprised that it fixed the problem! I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new weather station monitor but a bad AC adapter was the actual culprit. My station has been working perfectly ever since.

I have alert apps that tell me lightning is in the area but distance and time since the strike info is very cool. The price is nothing compared to the fun you have following all the weather.

It was very easy to place the order for the broken parts I needed. The agent that took my call was helpful in making sure I had the correct parts. They arrived on time and undamaged. Great customer service.

Was very easy to set up, had it running in about an hour. Works great with weather window as well. Rain gauge seems to be accurate and wind readings are very sensitive.

Easy setup, wanted to monitor different areas of the house to verify HVAC and air flow as well as confirm efforts to seal up drafts.

Finally had to replace my old weather station. This one WS-1965, is especially nice since it is a single unit and attaches easily to a pole/mast (old one was 3 separate units). Single unit makes it so much simpler. No complaints about the physical sensing half of the station. Seems to be doing quite well. Instruction booklet could have been translated better. Some confusing instructions about orienting the wind direction. Some of the screenshot set-up pages were difficult to read.

Display leaves me wanting for a number of reasons. First requiring AC power limits locations it can be located. Second, and more importantly display does not allow display of both precipitation and sea level pressure at the same time. Instead there is the "forecast" window. Quite useless. Give me precip (today and yesterday) and pressure and keep your pseudo-forecast. Still haven't figured out what "event" precipitation does for me.

But my biggest disappointment with the station. Although it is "WIFI" enabled, it will only talk to AWN. There is no way I can download my own data, create reports and archives, and no way to add the data to my personal web side. A BIG disappointment. No, make that HUGE!

Works

Looks like a direct replacement for the WS 1001 WiFi.. Following a YouTube video, I replaced the temp/humidity sensors. One of the sensor covers that was covered by a perforated plastic hood now is covered by a white felt cover with a clear plastic sheath. I do notice the temperature readings do not rise or drop as quickly as other stations around me. I had to calibrate the temperature and humidity readings with a temperature/humidity probe I had installed on the same pole to better align with local readings as well as my outdoor reset temperature probe on my heating system. At least now, my humidity readings now seem independent of the temperature readings that seemed to be the issue with the original robe.

When I was researching Weather Stations this is the only one that meet my needs in that it was battery operated and going on the North Side of my house where there is very little sunlight. I placed in the Weather Station and Base 25 Year Lithium Batteries. The fact that I can get the weather report on mt cell phone was another feature I like. I report the weather to a Ham Radio Group on Skywarn every Thursday night at 7:30 PM
