Nice to have local condition

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Home Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
I like knowing what th conditions are where I live as the online and weather on TV are often several degrees different then what it is at my house. Also, when it rains, if there are thunder showers the amount of rain can be completely different!
I would have rated the station 5 stars, but the wind readings and direction are not very accurate in my case. Due to our HOA the location I have the station is not optimal for getting the correct wind direction or speed. It is installed between my house and the neighbors. They kind of block the wind from the southeast and northwest making those readings wrong. I couldn't put the station in the backyard as there are just too many trees. The only place that would work well would be in the front yard and the HOA will not allow that.

Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
This is a great hobbyist weather station. I recently installed the WS-5000 as an upgrade to my WS-2000. It was a seamless upgrade, and I even added a water leak detector sensor.

Ambient Weather WS-2000 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
I left another weather station manufacturer after it wore out and settled on Ambient after doing company research. After speaking with customer service about my needs I settled on the WS2000. It arrived quickly and the set up was much easier than I expected. Most of it was pretty automatic. I did reach out to customer service and spoke with Matt about a couple of general questions. I appreciate he was knowledgeable and very helpful. My experience has been very positive. satisfied with my purchase I have added extra sensors. I look forward to a long relationship with Ambient.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY Replacement Sensor Array, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Wireless Weather Station
After 4 years my old sensor array started having problems, but considering we live on an island and it gets constant salt air, I think it did well. Put the new array up everything works great!

Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY Replacement Sensor Array, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Wireless Weather Station
After a lightning strike killed my sensor array., I replaced it with this. After a little trial and error I changed the sensor id number and it connected with no problem. I added a lighting sensor, it works well, I wish it had a way to indicate what direction the strikes occur.

You may have to spend a little time deep diving the menus, but important to isolate old array, make a temp "Faraday Shied," to "Hide" the old Array in. So system can see and register replacement.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-AC Replacement AC Adapter, WS-2902 Wireless Weather Station
The replacement power supply allowed us to activate the display and reconnect to our weather station instead of replacing everything. The old power supply was less than 2 years old. I hope this one lasts longer.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-WC Replacement Wind Cups, WS-1900, WS-2000 and WS-2902 Wireless Weather Station
Ambient inadvertently sent a shipping notice without a tracking number. What actually happened was that the part never got shipped. BUT, as soon as I contacted them via email, they immediately shipped out the part overnight. Good customer service!

Ambient Weather WS-2902-AC Replacement AC Adapter, WS-2902 Wireless Weather Station
Replaced older AC adapter which failed and it seems to be working fine so far. But I wonder if my older console actually draws more than 1Amp and if that's why the previous adapter failed? The replacement adapter is also rated at 1 Amp.
