Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY Replacement Sensor Array, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Wireless Weather Station
After more than 7 years of perfect operation, the sensor array gave up the ghost. Replacing it was effortless, as soon as the batteries were installed it sent to the console and everything worked prefectly once again. Ambient Weather you are the best.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY Replacement Sensor Array, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Wireless Weather Station
Originally two years ago the temperature reporting sensor became inop. Then the rain gauge failed. I got on line and from what I could figure out I needed to order the THERMOHYGRO-ASSEMBLY. It was delivered and when I dealt deeper into taking the assembly apart the wires into the main unit were pulled from the assembly so I ordered the WS-2902-ARRAY Replacement Sensor Array which to my surprise was an entirely new complete head assembly. EVERYTHING works fine now. I was going to send the first item back but return shipping was half the cost of the item so I've wasted much more money on drinks at dinner than that so I let recycle do their part. Very satisfied with the new head assembly and suggest going that way rather than try to go the cheaper route. We bought our original WS in 2019 so the temp sensor lasted three years and then five years for the rain gauge. Very happy to have it working again.

Ambient Weather Network Weather Window
This is a brilliant device - display is big and clear. Minor bugs to be sorted out - Rainfall Event and Week totals displayed in inches even though setting is on metric and millimeters. But overall very happy with it - display of any AWN webcam or weather station is brilliant.

Ambient Weather WS-2000 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
The only thing I am lost on is why this doesn't have battery back-up. Other than that the display is great and the multiple settings offer great flexibility. The app works well also. Functionality is great and accurate on all measuring devices. The ability to add on devices is pretty nice as well.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-RAINSPIKE Bird Spike Kit for WS-1550-IP, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Rain Gauge
Great to keep birds from chipping up the edge of the rain collector. You need to include a note to not put the ends of the metal band together until you are ready to mount it. I did and it doesn’t come apart. I thought the twisting the end was all that held it.

WS-5000

Having recently purchased the WS-5000 I am very pleased with the instrument. The screen is well designed and informative. However it could be bigger so that the information would be easier to read. I would also like to see a small indicator showing the temperature trend like the one next to the barometer reading. The outdoor sensor I like and the absence of moving parts is a positive feature. I do have a lot of bird life around including pigeons that like the instrument to roost upon! Provision of some sort of prevention would be useful.

Ambient Weather WS-5000-ARRAY Replacement Ultrasonic Anemometer, Outdoor Thermometer / Hygrometer, Solar Radiation and UV for
After several years of great performance, my Ambient Weather WS-5000 main array device died much to our huge disappointment. Though out of warranty, I was able to purchase a replacement component for my WS-5000 for a good price. Shipping was prompt and re-installation was easy. I was soon back up and on-line with my WS-5000 personal weather station. Not only we, but also several neighbors who frequently check on my Ambient Weather personal weather station via the Internet were very pleased we were back up and running. Over the years, I've owned several other brands of personal weather stations, but my WS-5000 is my go-to favorite.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY-ASSEMBLY Replacement Array Assembly, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902, WS-2902A
older units have a 2 pin connector for the anemometer module. This unit has 3 pins and is not compatible. Should have a different part number. To be honest there is a note on their website about this at the very bottm.

The station will stop sending data randomly. Current signal strength is five bars, other times all sensor data stops, no reason for the stoppage nor is any action taken to restart the station.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY-ASSEMBLY Replacement Array Assembly, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902, WS-2902A
Our WS-2000 array needed to be replace after a number of years of excellent service. Tech Support was able to determine problem after brief conversation. Part arrived in 5 days after ordering. Installation instruction were excellent, but reactivation was a bit of a problem until I called Tech Support. They walked me right through it. Perhaps. Step by step instruction should be included with the array. System is operating again.
