Great weather station

Ambient Weather WS-2000 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
Weather station is working well after about a month of operation, including being covered in snow and encased in ice. Indoor display is a little small but good quality and displays information well. Setup was smooth, though the user guide was confusing. The REST API works well in a Raspberry Pi / python development environment.

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Home Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
It was very easy to process our order with Ambient Weather. Our order arrived very quickly and best of all it came with everything we needed to setup the station including a very clearly written paper user manual.

Ambient Weather Network Weather Window
Very impressed: easy to read and lots of potential to develop different display options. I bought two Weather Windows: the frame is removeable to reveal a high-quality bezel. A few other comments:
The display is set to automatically check for updates at midnight: that can be toggled off otherwise it will wake anyone sleeping nearby (it gets very bright).
The brightness slider will not maintain minimum setting: it always defaults to a higher setting.
The wind rose is heavily damped and very slow to respond to changing wind speeds/direction as compared to WS5000 display.
Overall very pleased: 5 stars

unit is great

WS 2902D is great. However this unit won’t connect to weathercloud like the WS2902A does. The D model uses the chart portion of the app to upload to Excel. The rain data is not as convenient as the weathercloud is.

Ambient Weather Network Weather Window
Easy to set up, looks good. Unfortunately with the fact that it only updates once every minute the wind gage is correct only a few seconds every minute. Every time I look at it the wind is not matching the base station.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY Replacement Sensor Array, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Wireless Weather Station
When weather damaged my old 2902 array I had to replace it and there was no doubt in my mind that it would be another 2902.

Ambient Weather Network Weather Window
I like the ability to configure the tiles you would like to monitor. You can also view a weather window of your personal weather camera. Down side, this does not replace the indoor unit of your weather station, that unit has to be the link via internet to publish to various personal weather stations web sites like Ambient or Weather Underground

Ambient Weather WS-5000-RAINSPIKE Bird Spike Kit for WS-5000 Rain Gauge
This is a "put-it-together project". Not that it was hard, I was just surprised at all they wanted me to do. Like bending if the wire. No I did not do any of that, just left the spikes straight.
