Ambient Weather WS-1900 Osprey Solar Powered Wireless Professional Weather Station with Solar Radiation and UV
I’ve had a couple in the past but first for this company. I like the amount of information I get from this. Nice compact display. No issues so far after a couple months using it. One issue to note is the display is very hard to read at angles, have to be looking straight at it.

Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
Really nice station but I've not tapped it's full potential yet, I hope. Looking forward to utilizing the API with a TSDB and a little Grafana to roll my own at some point. Went all in other than leak detection since I already had that covered. Only item that needs work is the camera. Nice camera overall just the software and setup could be much better. That and physically the mount is rather limiting but I made it work. One thing I'd like is a Bluetooth integration with the console, I hate software keyboards to setup lengthy configurations. Still overall a five star bit of kit.

Ambient Weather WS-1900 Osprey Solar Powered Wireless Professional Weather Station with Solar Radiation and UV
The Ambient WS-1900 is an engineering marvel. The accuracy of weather information from this unit rivals other, more refined stations, at five times it’s cost. All the functions ascribed to this particular model work as can be expected from professional grade units. The sensor and screen display are aesthetically appealing. This is the best investment that a weather hobbyist can make.

Satisfied with OBSERVERIP2
Verified Buyer
The OBSERVERIP2 has been performing well and consistently since installation. I use it to see temperature and humidity in my home while traveling. OBSERVERIP2 gathers data from my five Ambient Weather WH31E sensors and uploads it -- automatically and seamlessly -- to ambientweather.net. Unfortunately, ambientweather.net's display options are somewhat limited.

Ambient Weather WS-5000-RAIN Replacement Rain Collector for WS-5000, WS-2000 Weather Stations
Always had issues with first one not reporting rain or reporting rain when dry out. Took it apart and found ribbon cable smashed between parts and not in the obvious slot it should have been in. Think it was shorting out. New one is working perfectly.

One glaring issue

Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
No battery backup built into the main station, any power issues during a storm or other event and you have no data. even $50 weather stations have battery backup built in. other than this huge oversight the unit works well.

Bought this a gift for our budding meteorologist in the family. Super simple setup and calibration. Very accurate readings. We live only minutes from our NWS and they use our data often. We could not be happier with our station!
