Seems to do what it is supposed to do. #s appear to be accurate based on my other random temp and humidity sensors. The display console is a bit old school, but it works fine. Would recommend.

Replaces our previous one damaged in a hail storm.

Seems to work ok, although I did spot a mockingbird perched yesterday. I bought this not for a nesting problem but a dropping problem as they like to perch around the rim of the rain cup. I decided to leave the spikes straight up as opposed to bending them as the instructions show. Bending them would probably work for those having a nesting problem. In my opinion, bending them would make it easier for birds to perch. Whatever the case, if it eliminates the majority of birds from perching/pooping, I'm good.

Easy to set up. Just the right amount of information in the display. Would recommend to friends!

Works

Great customer service from Ambient! Quickly replaced my failed PM2.5 unit.

works great

very satisfied with my new weather station.

great product!

Been a satisfied Ambient Weather customer for over 5 years and recently upgraded from a WS-2902 to WS-5000 for the increased transmission distances to allow for better siting of the sensors. While the the WS-5000 worked, it was clear that the RF transmission range was actually less than the older WS-2902, even though the WS-5000 is designed to have a nominal range of 1000 ft vs 300 ft for the WS-2902. Bottom line the new WS-5000 console wasn’t working as well as it should have been. I do give credit to Ambient Weather for having excellent technical support who helped me trouble shoot (and if I hadn’t been comfortable doing so, they’d have just swapped out the entire system). But as I have a background in engineering I was more than happy to help narrow down the cause to only the console. The new WS-5000 console which Ambient Weather swapped out for no charge to me works great and I’m completely satisfied. The new system is working great and has better range than the 2902. Only give 4 stars because the original console was partly defective. Was just bad luck. In the past, I’ve also purchased a Davis system that was defective out of the box, so sometimes it happens. I’d definitely buy the WS-5000 again and appreciate the extra range and more frequent updates for wind speed of the 2902.

Had to by console as the weather station did not come with one. We thought it did.?

Love the set up! Very sturdy and easy to install.

It won't connect to my T-Mobile home internet. Other than that it is fine.

Easy set up, works good

New addition to my WS-2000 is now monitoring the humidity in my crawl space. Working great. Monitoring on my dashboard and AW app. Alert set to go off if humidity level goes over 60%. Loving it!

Very good so far it has only been a few days. but very difficult to understand set up and order of set up.

Worked great!

Excellent value for the cost

I needed a replacement cord for my PWS and was happy to see it offered on the website. Checking out was easy and my adapter arrived quickly. I plugged it and and the console started working right away. I would do business with Ambient Weather again. I have already purchased 2 weather stations from them.

Absolutely loving it!!
