Ambient Weather WH31LA Leak Detector for Models WS-2000, WS-5000 Weather Stations
I have to say after having weather instruments from different manufactures over the years, ambient instruments work very well, and "pairing" is never an issue! This is a first for me, to automatically connect without problems! For the leak detectors - just make sure you have the dip switches set properly - then all is good! I am using 3 without issues!

Seems like ambient network connections could be made available for cellular devices. Also, initial internet connection seems somewhat confusing. The updated display screen is very nice and overall function is very satisfactory for amateur users like me.

Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
Impressive weather station. Everything seems has worked well now for several days and the console is very easy to read. The set up instructions are mediocre - not consistent with reality in places and some areas leave you completely hanging. Settings on the console are cumbersome but after plenty of miscues, finally got it. Just be patient.
One problem has been registering the station with Ambient network. After creating an account there, you have to have your email validated with an email sent to you but it never arrives. Hope to give it another go. At the same time, creating a station ID and registering with Weather Underground was easy.
