The layout change leaves a lot to be desired. The colors in some areas -- wind -- are not very good. Also, I would like to have both the wind speed and the direction degrees displayed.

Great product and service.

Overall, the product does what it is suppose to and integrates relatively smoothly into the ambientwether.net network. Two thumps up from our family!

I love the waterproof probe. I am using it to capture lake temperatures and the cord is long enough to be able to mount the transmitter at eye level and the probe several feet in the water. It, however, should be shipped with a safe mounting solution to secure the wire and probe to a post and enable the probe to stand away from the thermal influence of the post.

I like the weather station a lot! My only negative is the quality of the main monitor station (inside the house) is poor. Not a deal breaker by any means but something that minimizes what is otherwise a great and fun product.

Replaced a WS1000 station with the WS 2000 because the 1000 failed after 6 years, disappointed it didn’t last longer but after trying all kinds of fixes, I bought the 2000 because I enjoyed the 1000 so much. Does everything I want, great home weather station.

Nice quality weather station!

Love it!

We have enjoyed using the WS-2000. It’s come in handy being able to remotely monitor our sensors when we’re away. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Very happy with the purchase.

Exact transaction

Refurbished Display worked perfectly.. very happy with purchase.

The tripod and mast is very well made and sturdy. I like the fact that I can place it anywhere on my property.

The recipient loves it!

Great basic weather station! I bought because I didn't want internet connected. A minor flaw is the wind cups are about same height as rain cup; although this really doesn't block the readings because of the way of prevailing winds for me. I don't think it affects it too much though. The pressure gague has to be used for 30+ days to become accurate so don't mess with calibrating until then. This was not in the instructions. I would buy again and recommend.

I really like the new weather Display!!

I love this weather station. The additional data available on the display and ability to have extra sensors is awesome.

Good

This unit came highly recommended by a close friend, I did not realize it does not connect to the local WIFI so you can read it from your phone. I purchased 2 additional sensors and during setup they were all in the same room 10 feet apart and none of them read the same as my thermocouple riven instrument traceable to NBTS calibration. I had to adjust the calibration on all three devices by more than 1 1/2 degrees, granted plenty close for home use, but I would think they would all be the same. But all things considered they are nicely built and easy to read, The instruction manual is well written and easy to follow (extra points for this). The web site leaves a lot to be desired, hard to fin things and the ordering method is not good, you have to be the guy / gal that designed it to understand it. I thought I could read and figure it out and when I did i mistakenly ordered two main units instead of one main and two extra sensors. After the unit (units) came I called and had to order the two extra sensors and missed the sale price on them and was not offered them at sale price or a simple method to return the extra unit.
