While the first unit we received was not fully functional, customer service quickly got us a new unit. So far it seems to be working well, we hope that remains the case!

Ambient Weather WS-2902-THERMOHYGRO-ASSEMBLY Replacement Thermo-Hygrometer Assembly, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902, WS-2902A
This was shipped very quickly, and installation was simple. My only suggest would be to increase the size of the type font you use for your instructions!!

The weather station works great, but the camera that I purchased with it won't show up for people when they look at my station on your app or website.

The funnel fit perfectly. Shipping was fast. Unfortunately unbeknownst to me the whole unit was damaged in the hurricane and I ended up replacing it with a new one. I now have an extra funnel lol.
