I’m using the probe in a freezer. Paired with my system by itself…I just inserted batteries. And works very well. Zero problems. Great product at a great price.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-RAINSPIKE Bird Spike Kit for WS-1550-IP, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Rain Gauge
Shipped out very quickly, seems to do the intended job even though I messed up a little when I installed it. I wish they would include 2 extra metal zip ties instead of just 1 extra, just for idiots like me haha! ;)
Like I said though, even though I messed up (basically installed it backwards lol), I think it's working just fine. I just have a very haphazard way of doing everything (attention deficit or something, who knows) so I'm that guy who needs like 5 extras of everything because I'll usually screw up the first 4 times hahaha. :)

Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY Replacement Sensor Array, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Wireless Weather Station
My temperature sensor had become unreliable. Replacing the full sensor array (this product) restored the weather station to full functioning. It was easy to install. The down side, of course, is that the cost was close to what you'd pay for a brand new weather station.
My first repair attempt was through buying a replacement temperature sensor only, which cost only about $30. However, the fuzzy, Xeroxed instructions that came with it did not adequately show the tiny grease-covered internal wiring connector that had to be disconnected. I accidentally broke a wire trying to use needle nose pliers to disconnect it, effectively ruining the entire array. If Ambient provided a clear diagram (or a YouTube video) showing precisely how to loosen and disconnect this tiny connector, a first-timer could easily succeed at this task..

Ambient Weather WS-2902-RAINSPIKE Bird Spike Kit for WS-1550-IP, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Rain Gauge
Had a serious problem with bird droppings in our rain gauge, so much that during a heavy rain it was not registering. The rainspike kit has taken care of this, and the best part it doesn't harm the birds if properly installed. I used a little bit of hot glue to fasten the spikes. For the money, it can't be beat.

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
Straightforward setup. Works well, much better than the Oregon WMR it replaces. Two things would make it easier to use for me. One is to be able to cycle through the thermo-hygros on the screen. The other would be a web interface to the screen so I can see it remotely.

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
Working nicely for the last few weeks. Have not calibrated it but close enough to my other temperature/humidity sensors. Wish console tilted so that the indoor temp was visible at a distance. The red color does not work as well as white/amber/blue parts of the screen.

Ambient Weather WH31SM Soil Moisture Sensor for WS-2000, WS-5000 Weather Stations
I've only been running them for less than a week but they all connected to the console almost immediately and seem to be functioning correctly. I only have one calibrated so far, easy experience if done correctly. My only issue with the WH31SM is that it feels a bit on the cheaply made side. This thing is going to sit in the dirt, get watered most days, and endure the sun and cold weather year after year...and it doesn't seem built to withstand all that abuse. Only time will tell...
