Great customer service and greater product. Easy setup, mounting. Console setup initially difficult to follow instructions but once the process is understood it was straightforward. Wish there were a thorough forecast feature.

Amazing little weather station and easy to set up and connect - just keep in mind it only works on a 2.4GHz Wifi network.

Original oem unit died within a year and was replaced. The replacement lasted two years. CS was very helpful with resetting the unit. Hope third time is a charm.

I'm enjoying it, but would like to see a couple of things:
The tile labels I edit when logged in don't show on the public tiles.
Also, the soil moisture label on the console is WH31SMCH1. I'd like to change that.
The English documentation could be clearer.
But it works! Thanks!
