I'm really liking this weather station. From what I can tell, it seems to be accurate. I haven't had a chance yet to see how well the rain gauge works, but that chance may come tomorrow!

The wind vane had too much plastic in the hole and had to be reamed out with a small drill bit.

I recently purchased the AQIN monitor to keep track of the Air Quality in my home. It was very easy to set up with my WS-5000. There was no configuration and I just had to turn it on to be discovered. It takes a little while of monitoring to follow when the air quality changes. I know that CO2 goes up when the gas range is used. I also know that air quality does not change when the heater turns on. It's a pretty interesting device to watch.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY-ASSEMBLY Replacement Array Assembly, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902, WS-2902A
I had an older WS-2902 with a two wire anemometer, but this replacement used a three wire connector, so I had to return it. Ambient Weather made this return an easy process.

Just getting started with Ambient, but so far installation and setup has been pretty easy and straightforward. The instruction booklet was very thorough and informative. Followed it step by step and had no problems. Connection to Ambient Weather and Weather Underground on the internet was easy. I'm hoping for continued satisfaction with the units' reliability and longevity.
