Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
This is my second weather station from Ambient Weather. I wanted an upgraded model and the WS-5000 checks all the boxes. Very easy set up. Suggest buying the Bird Spikes as an addition. Otherwise you have a $500 bird perch.

I had to replace my wind vane, it was fast delivery and it was easy to replace it and install. It was also cheaper than having to replace the whole thing. Thank you

AccuWeather® WS-2902 Ambient Weather System
So far it seems to work fine but its display screen seems a bit less user friendly than my previous weather station in getting much of the information I look for. I live in a humid state so when I look at the outdoor temp I like to know exactly what the current temp is as well as what the "feels like" temp is. Unfortunately I have to go the display screen and push buttons at the bottom to be able to get both readings. Why can't it just display the outdoor temp as well as the "feels like" temp at the same time?
Same thing goes for the rain display. You either get daily, weekly, or monthly. You have to push buttons at the bottom of the screen to get the different readings individually. Why not have all them all displayed simultaneously. In defense of Ambient the phone app does supply the info where you can see it all at the same time But that is why I give it a 4 instead of a 5.

Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
The WS 5000 is working as designed and providing excellent weather information to the kit's console and Ambient Weather. The only criticism is that the console setup is tedious at best and the instructions do not provide clear instructions on navigating the various input screens, particularly the password screen where, depending on the password, multiple screens must be cycled through. There must be a way to build a console where entries are more easily accomplished.

My WS-1965 arrived in good condition and as described. Installation instructions were easy to follow and straight forward. The only trouble spot was getting the sensor to connect to the router. I needed more information about how the router operated. Overall a good experience so far.

Everything so far has worked great. Some of the interface is a bit antiquated but it works. Not regrets in purchases, minus the solar wifi camera.
