pritty happy with item fits great and looks as though it never went missing.
only moan i have is it's a little pricey being outside america.
I could have dam near brought a new system for that money.
However item and shipping time was as good as it gets at other end of world. (New Zealand)

Ambient Weather WS-5000-ARRAY Replacement Ultrasonic Anemometer, Outdoor Thermometer / Hygrometer, Solar Radiation and UV for
I used the WS-5000 array for a week or two, and it performed flawlessly with exceptional accuracy. Then, unexpectedly, it stopped sending data. I contacted Ambient Weather customer service and was pleasantly surprised to be connected with a U.S.-based representative—such a refreshing change from the typical overseas call center experience.
The representative was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and eager to help. He immediately arranged for a replacement unit to be shipped and even followed up with an email the next day. The entire process was quick, seamless, and left me genuinely impressed.
While I was initially disappointed that the first unit failed, the outstanding customer service completely turned the situation around. Every other sensor I’ve purchased from Ambient Weather has worked flawlessly, and this experience has only strengthened my confidence in the company. I would not hesitate to recommend their products.

After having my first unit for five years it was indeed time for an upgrade. Reading are much better and additional details are welcomed. I still have some setup to do, but my wife and I both enjoy advanced data.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY Replacement Sensor Array, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Wireless Weather Station
I would prefer that my unit did not need replacement so quickly, but that's my only complaint, and I understand that even if they last an average of, say, 10 years, I could just have bad luck. Easy to use, easy to replace!
