Missing parts in package. Reporting is not very good. RF range with sensors is very poor.

Great to have replacement parts for my station that blew down in a storm and took some damage. Shopping was easy, and shipping was quick.

I love my weather station! After almost two years I started having trouble with the console which ended up only being the AC adapter. Ambient weather was extremely helpful in ordering and exchanging a replacement part for me. I am happy to say it is back online and working.

I had to purchase the outdoor array for replacement. It arrived quickly and well packaged. Replacement was simple but I had to contact customer support for assistance to get the indoor display to recognize the new array. Great service and I love my weather station.

Fingers crossed. The wind speed gauge doesn’t lock into the spindle, despite tightening the screw, so I’m worried it will fly off as soon as there’s a strong wind. Otherwise it looks good. The wind direction vane locked in well with the screw so I'm not sure why the wind speed gauge didn't.

The needed part was easy to find and install. It would have been helpful to have at least a QR code to the weather stations user manual included in the packaging. I had to look that up online to get a list of other maintenance things to do while the station was off the mast.
