I struggled to do a firmware update on my WS-2000. The technical language on our help center was confusing to a non-IT person, as was the advise from your tech support. I’d strongly suggest a step-by-step video designed for average people to walk through how to see your current firmware version and how to update it to current firmware.

Shopping was easy, shipped quickly. Product does not match description in manual as there is no LED or reset button on the rainguage. Installation was tricky as diagrams in the instructions do not match the WS 2000.

My ambient weather station stop sending outdoor data to the console. After contacting ambient tech support it was determined that the rf antenna was not functioning. Ordered the new array and all is well.
