Your people knew their equipment, rather than sell a new unit when only the power supply was at fault. Thank you

The part needed to make my device worke came without instructions. I waited a week for the response for a part that was 1 month out of a two year warranty. I came to my other weather station in Reno, Nevada and the same part will need to be replaced. Why are the parts stopping to work. Paid a lot of money for these two weather stations and both quit.

Replaced wind speed sensor after 5 years. It arrived quickly, and was a pretty simple task. I would have given 5 stars if any form of instructions had been included.

Simple. Easy. I had to call to get the discount I saw online, but the weather station showed up days earlier than I expected.

While I found the solution to my problem, it took a lot of searching. But, they did have the part needed in stock and shipped it promptly.

Sad that my original WS-5000 died after only 3 years, but the support and replacement process was smooth and efficient. A replacement discount would have been nice.

My wind scoop needed to be replaced due to vandalism. I found the right one and ordered it. No where was there a tutorial about replacement it. Turns out there is a metal stem that is needed also. They must not want people replacing it. Blew 20 bucks.
