It’s been a pleasure dealing with technical support for the issues that I had with one of my weather stations. I highly recommend your company because of the dependability of the equipment and the great staff. I have already recommended your products to my friends.

We were disappointed the original part flew off in the wind. We got this one quickly and installed it. Hopefully it stays on.

I called and spoke with a technician who understood my problem and told me what I needed to fix it. I then ordered the part and it was shipped immediately and problem was solved.

I really love my ambient weather WS-2902. Super easy to set up on my home network and get online with a number of different weather services, including ambient weather, weather underground, personal weather station, etc. Ambient weather has been a completely different experience from the frustration I had with different accurate weather stations that were unreliable, didn't live for very long, and I never could get online. I will be a lifelong ambient weather fan. When it comes time to replace this unit, I will buy another sensor array and just use the same console. That way I don't have to go through the rigmarole of changing weather station numbers. If you're on the fence about buying one of these, I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed in the performance or the price point. Thank you and be at weather!

Order process was between AmbWeather and some other company. Could use more communication to understand status of order. Box of device says "user manual included" but it was not. Luckily I knew where to find it online. Sloppy.

Great product, easy install. Set up was ridiculously easy this time the WS4000 just grabbed all the sensors from the WSD2902 which gave out (temp sensor in array) after 2 years. Kinda disappointed with the longevity I hope the WS4000 is more durable. Has one issue with rain gauge - had to visit the website for the protocol and it was one switch. I love Ambient Products I feel like a pro.
