site/insttructions say the rain sensor I ordered fits my WS-2000. It's not even close. Sending it back.

New problem…. Received new sensor for my WS-2902…. However the ribbon connector to the sensor has 2 of the 5 stands unattached. So nothing works.

I sent a request for help and never got a response so I just ordered a part and hoped it would work.

The weather head, display station, and installation instructions for those are great. However, the process and the instructions for connecting to the internet are so poorly done that it seems like a different entity wrote those instructions. The concept is great, but in today's world with APIs and simple apps, it seems you have decided to stay old school. Please let me know once you bring the connection process to the level of today's technologies.

Had previously purchased a soil moisture sensor and wanted to get a couple more for our fruit trees in the yard. Ordering them online was pretty straightforward and receive them within a few days. Was quite pleased with my shopping experience and have no reservation on shopping there again.

Service and delivery were very good. I do wish pre-buy support was more forthcoming on the technical side for amateurs, especially for the air quality sensors.
