Ambient has a great product and the instructions are very good. I still have the old trade in because I couldn't find the RMA card to return it for the trade in credit.

The WS-4000 has proven to be an excellent addition thus far. Since its installation a week ago, I have noticed that there will a significant reduction in maintenance costs compared to my previous unit, the WS-2000, which had moving components that were prone to wear and tear.

There was a clear explanation of the features, an easy process to order the equipment that met my needs, and a quick shipment and tracking experience. Nicely done.

Item purchased: ws-2000 tablet w/adapter
ordered on a Saturday, received on Thursday. Packaging was great and a manual was included. All is great. Come to find out, the a/c adapter was all that was needed. The reviews/info led me to believe that tablet not starting up would require a new tablet. My bad for not trying a new a/c adapter first.
I enjoy the ws-2000 greatly.

Continuing problems. Outside unit working inside not reading correctly on outside temp, 103 degrees, and wind speed/ direction on inside unit. Hooked up previous inside unit and reads correctly.

Great product. Wish they would make one for the lawn you could mow over.

Really good system, much better than the other brand unit it replaced. Would like a larger 7"-9" monitor screen but all in all nice unit.
