I am having trouble with the unit setting it up. It does not want to adjust and gives me an error message of 48E7. I tried looking on your website, even tried sending you an email, no one answers.

The AC/DC converter needed to be replaced. Direct phone call to Customer Service identified the source of the problem and entered the order to replace the converter. It arrived promptly and solved the problem. Great service!!

In replacing another brand of weather station, I found the Ambient system logical to install (I called tech support once because I have an advanced WiFi system). The readings from the weather station seem accurate and robust.

This was a replacement for my original Ambient weather station. Pretty much the same thing. I did like the color of the old display better. This one appears faded out and is harder to read than the old one. Shipping was fast and the packaging was awesome. Overall good experience. I just wish it came with a better display

Easy to find what I needed for a repair. Part shipped promptly, would be nice if they included some form of installation instructions, even a link to something on their website.

Web experience was very satisfying. Ordered exactly what I needed without a hitch.
I haven’t had a chance to set the weather station up yet but, I don’t expect any issues.

Read the fine print before ordering replacement parts. A repair part I ordered did not work on my weather station due to a change in the wiring, which I did not realize until the part arrived. My only repair option was to purchase a new weather station. It would be nice if Ambient Weather would continue to support early customers instead of requiring the purchase of a new system. The weather stations are great while they work.
