Replacement parts arrived timely. The weather station works great and I use the ambientweather.net website to access it remotely.

I ordered & paid. Part came in a reasonable time. I installed it using illustrated instructions with a little deviation to make it EASY. I put the station back together & installed batteries. It worked on the bench. Reattached to the pole & leveled. IT WORKS like new!

Very good experience, thank you, If I have a problem again can you send someone to climb the ladder and take it down, then put it back up!!!

Excellent system! Replaced a (less than a year old) more expensive unit with this one and this one is TEN times better! Love the console display. So much more accurate than the more expensive (Tempest) unit. Wish I would have gone with this one in the first place!

Ambient Weather support was excellent.
With their support our sensor array might be rather than having to buy a new one.

Quick shipping and the power supply works solving our problem. The frustrating aspect is having to pay $20 to replace a faulty power supply for the unit I paid $382 for just 3 years ago.

The Ambient Weather Station is very easy to set up and provides all the information I need about the weather. I have 2 units at different houses and the app makes it simple to switch views between the two locations. Highly recommend.

Terrible instructions and or guidance. Bought 3 addons and can not get them to work, any of them! Previous weather station owner and worked for years, should have changed brands.

Not a great site for beginners. Could use a smart "build your system" feature and a much better way to compare systems that explains the pros and cons.

I am not satisfied with the entire experience with my attempts to get my Oro Valley Weather Station back on line after changing routers. The details are too much to go into here. My station cannot connect to the system. I spent hours trying to get it on line. I had to leave for the summer and cannot work on it until fall. I am looking into other systems. This is one of two that I have the other is in Breckenridge.
