The temp/Humd. sensors worked as expected from Ambient and are very accurate compared against my Certified temp unit.

Device install/setup was pretty easy. Display is excellent. Accuracy seems spot on. I like the additional graphs and data collection. The north indicator is on the top side of the case and cannot be seen when adjusting from the ground, perhaps a second indicator seen from bottom? The pole was hard to work with being in short sections. Had I known the pole was segmented like this, I would have gone with a different solution for mounting. Overall, I am pleased with the wx station.

Delivered on time. No issues with delivery or rain gauge. I replaced my old one of 10 + years with the same model. Became cloudy in the Texas sun. Still a good quality product. Very happy with my purchase.

No problem ordering because my son has a unit he really likes, & he gave me the Model number. Therefore, I didn’t “shop” on your website; I entered the model # and made the purchase.

Right item at the right price! A shame that I will have to wait for next winter to see how well it works!

My new parts were mailed out so quickly and I was able to install the new sensor array in less than 5 minutes. Truly a wonderful setup and easy to use product.

Customer service was timely, helpful and took care of my problem. However, I'm not too thrilled that I had to replace the bulk of my system after only being in service for 1.5 years ... hopefully this latest generation hardware (I have the WS-5000) will go "much" longer. Thanks!!

Mine lasted for about 3 years. Expect to replace it on a regular basis.

I requested the documents required for customs procedures. I’ve been waiting for 3 days for them to send the documents so that I can purchase the product. Their customer service is extremely slow.

purchased the ws-7078 rain spike kit. the kit came with a bunch of spikes that were not "prebent" requiring the pain of doing that yourself provided you have the tools. Also, the concept of attaching the kit to the rain guage was goofy and didn't work for me. Guess you sent 3 metal ties, when only one was needed. Attaching 2 together then made it too large. Just pure junk.
