Great product! This is my 2nd indoor/outdoor weather station from Ambient. Easy to set up, lots of programmable options, and it works great. Highly visible, well designed display screen.

WS-5000 is a great upgrade from my prior system. Recommended!

The WS2000 station is doing the job it was intended to do. The monitor is smaller than my previous WS1002 and harder to see from a distance. The weather app is great though.

Extremely poor customer service. No response to emails or phone calls despite professing otherwise. Ended up ordering a part that I still don't know is the appropriate part because I could not get any human input. So, final judgement being withheld until I see if the part actually solves the problem. Very frustrating.

I ordered my WS-2902C on November 9, 2020. My wind speed assembly bearings recently failed so I ordered a WS-2902-WC-Assembly and installed it not noticing I was plugging in a 2 pin connector into a 3 pin receiver. Since I ordered my weather station after August 2020 I assumed I was ordering the proper part. Upon investigating why my new assembly was not working I noticed the pin problem. I also ordered a WS-2902-RAINSPIKE. The birds pushed the spike assembly down off the rain gauge within a couple of days. Useless.

Needed a replacement part. Customer Service quickly and accurately identified the issue, and suggested the necessary part. Purchase process was easy, delivery quick, and my weather station is now back to fully functional.

Good experience. Part numbers are really close so ordered the wrong thing the first time. They took it back (minus shipping) with no issues and got the correct part quickly. My new wind speed sensor works great (you know you live in a windy place when you wear out the first one in about 3 years).

My temperature and humidity sensor clip working. The customer service person listen to my issue and quickly provided me with information on part number and price for the piece to fix it. I was up and running in a couple days after ordering and receiving the repair component.

The replacement AC power adaptor for the WS-5000 console worked perfectly to solve the problem of console continuous restart loops. The old adaptor over three years had dropped to 4.16 volts from the needed 5.00 volts DC out.
